[General Squad Information]

We will get 10 spids, 5 sharks, and 2 terriers. We have also been starting to recruit duelers which are also good at basing, We will be recruiting about 6 to 8 duelers, so that they can practice allot together and become a top TWLD team.

Each player knows in what ship he/she will be playing at all times. Before recruiting we tell them in what ship they will play for BasingCrew. Each basing ship has also its own BC banner.

With our small Roster and knowing in what ship each player plays for BC we think we can improve the teamplay.

Each member in BasingCrew has an equal chance to play in matches, we do not look at skill within the squad. Each recruit is skilled enough to play for us.


[BasingCrew as a Subspace Squadron]

Subspace is a game.

Although Subspace is just a game, it's very easy to get caught up in it and act without honour. Out of frustration, or even anger, players often insult and put down others. Any person who regularly gives in to his/her temper and puts others down lacks honour. Such a person makes the game less enjoyable for him/herself and others. Such a person can not play under our banner.

Heart, another important characteristic of one of our members, is essential because that, combined with honour, is what makes a squadron elite. A member with these attributes devotes his/her play and performance to the squad. The actions of a member of the BasingCrew Squadron are done in the interest of the squad.

Individual honour and skill can make one pilot shine, but with limited light. When the honour and skill of many pilots are combined and focused into a collective radiance, the brightness will illuminate the empty space around it and outshine all others. In this way, a legend is born, and legacies will follow.
